Blake LaRue
Founder, Pine Point Construction
Blake LaRue’s connection to the construction industry began early. Growing up in South Texas, he spent his youth learning the fundamentals firsthand, assisting his father with the family fence business until he left for Texas A&M at 22. This hands-on experience ignited a passion for carpentry that continues to drive him. After earning his B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, Blake launched his career as a project engineer, contributing to projects ranging from high school renovations to new ground-up construction. His dedication and expertise quickly propelled him through the ranks, advancing to project manager and ultimately into executive leadership roles as a Project Executive. During this time, he gained extensive experience building large-scale retail sites, medical office buildings, hospital renovations, schools, universities, and some of the largest multifamily projects in Oregon.

Vision for Pine Point Construction:
Blake’s vision for Pine Point Construction is to establish it as a model of excellence and dependability throughout the Pacific Northwest. He is committed to delivering superior craftsmanship, exceeding client expectations, and building lasting relationships within the community.
When he’s not focused on Pine Point Construction, you can find Blake in his workshop, restoring his 1975 Jeep and crafting furniture for his wife and four children.
Marc Leuschner
Preconstruction Manager, Pine Point Construction
Marc has over a decade of experience in the construction industry, beginning as a Project Engineer and advancing to roles as Project Manager and Estimator. His expertise spans a wide range of construction projects, including restoration, envelope, waterproofing, tenant improvements, and multi-family, single-family, and commercial construction.
Known for his dedication and teamwork, Marc consistently goes above and beyond to support his colleagues and contribute to the success of construction projects. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sculpture from Portland State University as well as a Certificate in Project Management.
In his free time, Marc enjoys virtual sculpting, 3D printing, backpacking, camping, and other outdoor activities.
Experience:
Marc’s career began in 2011 as a Project Engineer, and he quickly progressed to Project Manager and Estimator positions for local Portland general contractors. Currently, he serves as the Preconstruction Manager at Pine Point Construction, specializing in envelope and waterproofing construction, as well as high-end tenant improvement projects.
Pablo Quintana
Superintendent, Pine Point Construction
Pablo Quintana entered the construction industry in 2006, drawing inspiration from his uncle. His expertise spans various project types, including commercial, residential, tenant improvements, new medical construction, and both interior and exterior technology-related builds, with a strong focus on finish carpentry. He is OSHA 30 certified, holds multiple equipment certifications, and safety is top priority to Pablo.
As a key member of the Pine Point Construction team, Pablo oversees the daily operations of projects.
In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing at home.
