  • Pine Point Construction has experience in a wide array of commercial projects, including multifamily housing, ground-up construction, K-12, higher education, retail, and other commercial projects.

  • Which geographic areas in the Pacific Northwest do you serve?

  • We are primarily located in the Portland Metro area. We serve areas up and down the I-5 corridor, as well as certain areas in Eastern Oregon and towards the coast. Projects outside of the Portland metro area may involve travel costs.

  • What is your process for a typical buildout?

  • Our process begins with a consultation involving the owner, architect, and design partners. We establish a budget, align expectations, and develop a plan to complete the project efficiently. This includes collaboration throughout the design process with trade partners and managing the permitting process. We manage all phases, from construction to obtaining a certificate of occupancy, and assist with the installation of fixtures, furniture, and equipment. We also provide a one-year warranty on all aspects of the project.

  • Yes, we manage all aspects of the construction process, and can assist with expediting permits and ensuring smooth inspections.

  • Can you provide references from past clients?

  • Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured, with an A+ rating from our insurance carrier.

  • We ensure quality through on-site supervision and a robust quality control process, in coordination with our design and trade partners.

  • What is your approach to communication and updates on a project?

  • Communication is key to a project’s success. We conduct weekly meetings and provide regular updates to the architect, owner, and other stakeholders. This includes weekly schedule updates, as well as procurement and budget progress reports.

  • Yes, we offer full design-build services, connecting you with design professionals relevant to your specific field.

  • Our payment terms involve monthly draws based on the progress of completed work.
